Q) Do you have a minimum hire period?

A) Hire periods during high season are for 7 and 14 nights (or longer, please ask) However, in medium and low season we offer a minimum of 3 night breaks. We will always try to accommodate your every need where possible.

Q) Are your motorhomes fully insured?

A) Yes, we provide fully comprehensive insurance within the cost of rental. However, convictions can attract a small increase in cost and age restrictions do apply.

Q) How many drivers are permitted?

A) Our rates include cover for one named driver. However, additional drivers may be added for a small charge.

Q) Why do I have to pay a security deposit?

A) The security deposit is the sum you deposit with us over and above the hire charge, this acts as an insurance excess during your hire. This is fully returnable provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when you collected it.

Q) Do you allow pets?

A) We have a specific vehicle for pet owners who wish to take their pets on holiday with them. A supplementary fee of £30 per hire is chargeable.

Q) Is smoking permitted?

A) We do not allow smoking in any of our motorhomes.

Q) Can you deliver the motorhome?

A) We will be happy to arrange delivery for an additional charge. Quotation on request.

Q) Can we travel abroad in your motorhomes?

A) Yes of course. Additional European insurance cover will have to be arranged prior to travel for a small daily charge.

Q) What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

A) In the unlikely event of a breakdown we have a full roadside assistance cover from the RAC. This means assistance wherever you go, 24 hours a day.

Q) What do I need to take with me?

A) Our motorhomes come equipped with everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday. Please look at our Prices & Conditions section under “what’s included” for a full list. If there is anything you can’t see on there please ask and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
